Spring is almost here
Hello. Spring is almost here so it will be a lot easier to workout with good weather. In the last month I gained 10 pounds from just plain not excercising. I plan to munch on lots more vegetables rather than eating what my husband does at dinner!!Also does anyone know where to get a cheap pedometer and a cheap food scale? I can start weighing things like cheese and cold cuts.It is too hard to guess portions in those arenas.Comments welcome! I hope to someday be able to wear a bikini but currently looks bleak as far as that goes.Happy Spring Y’all!!!!
